Financial Services Practice Manager and Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Practice Manager and Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Advisors and Paraplanning team, as well as managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and Paraplanning team, including diary management, email management, and data entry.
  • Manage client relationships, including client calls, scanning, emailing, printing, and posting.
  • Support the completion of suitability reports, research, investment fund switches/rebalances, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collate and maintain client files, including updating client information and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide business submission and recording support, as well as general office duties and support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Financial Services Practice Manager and Administrator role.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
