About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Executive to join our team at TN Recruits. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in assisting our team with key business promotion planning and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing campaigns, schedules, and materials in collaboration with the Events teams to ensure full optimisation of paid media agency, delivery to targets and budgets, and tracking of campaign effectiveness.
  • Own and maintain the company website, ensuring clear, aligned, and optimal brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Events teams to develop marketing campaigns and schedules, ensuring full optimisation of paid media agency, delivery to targets and budgets, and tracking of campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilise your native Italian language skills to work with the team on events in Italy.
About You
  • You will be a native Italian speaker.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • You will be comfortable working to sometimes pressurised deadlines, undertaking your role with energy, enthusiasm, and initiative.
  • You will have an eagerness to develop your skillset and a willing and positive approach.
