About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Childrens Home team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
  • Plan and manage team rotas to support the Deputy and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assist the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home and create a safe, family environment for the children
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is essential due to the locations of the homes
  • At least six months' experience in Children's residential care and a relevant Level 3 qualification
