We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our EPR Central Workstream, overseeing the implementation of essential administrative elements that support our trusts. This includes Medical Records, Clinical Coding, and Correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the central team working on EPR implementation, ensuring successful transformation and change activities.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on each site to support the implementation process.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including internal teams and external partners.
- Provide sound judgement and professional advice to support the programme's success.
- Significant experience working in the acute hospital environment, with clear experience within the allocated work stream.
- Track record of internal stakeholder engagement and supervisory experience.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially proficiency with MS Excel.
- Ability to undertake advanced keyboard use, including data input and system configuration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for a range of audiences.
