Key Responsibilities- Provide medical leadership and expertise to the multidisciplinary team
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in on-call rota and provide emergency medical care as needed
- Higher specialist training leading to CCT or eligibility for specialist registration (CESR)
- Higher medical qualification (MRCPsych or equivalent)
- Experience working in a similar role and setting
