Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing requirements within the Payments project, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage requirements within the Payments project, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, developing a product backlog that meets the Definition of Ready.
- Work with the product owner and relevant stakeholders to clarify acceptance criteria and business logic, providing delivery options to inform decision-making.
- Review and understand business needs, shaping them within a product backlog, and adding value through problem-solving by identifying gaps and inefficiencies in current processes.
- Design and recommend an optimal future state, leveraging domain experience in SWIFT, SEPA, and other UK payment infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Payments value chain and regulations.
- Significant experience with agile methodologies and common tooling.
- Domain experience in SWIFT, SEPA, and other UK payment infrastructure.
- Knowledge of payments regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience in SQL, big data, and Python.
- Design thinking focused requirement creation.
- Value management & prioritisation techniques.
- Using modern software development toolsets, including DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Delivery.
