About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy residential conveyancing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with estate agents, developers, buyers, and lawyers to facilitate smooth plot sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requesting redemption figures and liaising with lenders to release plots from security
  • Assisting in the preparation of sale contract packs
  • Reporting to clients with contracts to sign
  • Dealing with buyers' lawyer enquiries

Requirements

We are looking for a paralegal with plot sales experience (ideally one year) who is proficient in Excel for weekly reports to developers. You should have a great attention to detail, a polished telephone manner, and be highly organized.
