MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ernest And Florent LTD. As a key member of our cost and project management construction consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering a range of projects across various sectors, including Private Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Hotel, and Life Sciences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in MEP/M&E experience, with a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree. You will be responsible for running a full range of projects, taking the reins from the MEP Director and working independently with support from the team when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects across various sectors, including Private Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Hotel, and Life Sciences
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Collaborate with the MEP Director and team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and best practices
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000, car/travel allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, hybrid working, life insurance, critical illness cover, and a competitive pension scheme. You will also have the opportunity to grow and develop the MEP team and the MEP side of the business.

Requirements
  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • MEP/M&E experience
  • Experience within the built environment
  • Experience within a private practice/consultancy
