About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Training Manager to join our team at The City Recruiter. As a Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that drive sales performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Collaborate with Sales Manager and Quality & Compliance Assessor to design and deliver induction training for new team members, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and motivation to meet targets.
  • Build a World-Class Sales Function: Develop and deliver an ongoing training schedule to build a world-class sales function, identifying individual training needs and communicating effectively with Sales Manager and Head of Sales to boost performance and productivity.
  • Provide Ongoing CRM Training: Provide ongoing CRM training (Salesforce) to optimize sales processes and stay updated on developments, implementing changes across the department.
  • Review and Improve Training Programs: Regularly review the effectiveness of sales training programs against business goals and make recommendations for improvement, monitoring course evaluations and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance training outcomes.
  • Maintain Training Records: Maintain up-to-date training records and review them monthly with Sales Manager and Head of Sales.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of delivering results in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Experience in Sales Training: Experience in a sales training role, with a strong understanding of the sales process and CRM systems.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems, with a strong understanding of Salesforce.
