Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist course participants at our headquarters, fostering strong relationships with clients.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism.
- Maintain and update the quotation and purchase tracking spreadsheet.
- Generate client quotations accurately.
- Coordinate course bookings with relevant awarding bodies.
- Assist with booking inquiries via email and manage the CRM system.
- Review course documentation to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
- Provide trainers with essential materials and information required for effective course delivery.
- Prepare training agreements and contracts.
- Oversee the inventory of training resources.
- Set up training environments, ensuring all materials and facilities are ready for participants.
- Secure the premises at the end of each day.
- Organize meetings at our headquarters, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Support the completion and filing of course documentation.
- Assist in the creation of certificates as needed.
- Facilitate the scanning and archiving of course-related paperwork.
- Help finalize course result documentation.
- Contribute to delegate evaluations and analysis of agent performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety training and the Construction sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
