Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Footasylum. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our store teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing stock, controlling budgets, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to the development of store strategies and plans, working closely with the Store Manager and other members of the leadership team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and marketing, to ensure effective communication and execution of company initiatives.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and store operations.
- Knowledge of the fashion retail industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
