Job Title: Hospital Catering Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Hospital Catering Assistant. As a key member of our patient dining team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding catering services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide menus and take orders from patients, ensuring their dietary and allergen needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver all refreshments and meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Clear down ward areas and wash up dirty dishes, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Liaise with ward staff to ensure patients' needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, prioritizing patient satisfaction and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food and hygiene standards.
