Position Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


The primary duties of this position involve:
1. Drafting Wills and engaging in Estate Planning.
2. Preparing Lasting Power of Attorneys and submitting applications for Court Protection.
3. Assisting with probate processes and estate management.
4. Supporting the administration of Trusts.


IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The successful applicant will possess experience in Court of Protection matters as a newly qualified attorney.

It is essential for the candidate to effectively manage their own caseload with meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills and confidence are necessary to cultivate robust client relationships.
