Job Title: Imaging Field Service Engineer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Field Service Engineer to join our team at nGenium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive maintenance and repair services for Diagnostic Imaging equipment across various multi-vendor systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Equipment Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance and servicing of Diagnostic Imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • **Technical Support:** Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, resolving technical issues and ensuring timely completion of all required administrative tasks and documentation.
  • **Customer Relationships:** Foster strong relationships with customers, providing consistent updates on service activities and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with our customer service and management teams to maintain high standards of service quality and ensure seamless communication.
  • **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in training and professional development to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:** HNC/D in Electronics or a related field (required). Degree (Hons) in Electronics or a related field (preferred).
  • **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a healthcare environment (required). Demonstrated experience in repairing and calibrating Diagnostic Imaging equipment (required).
  • **Skills:** Strong focus on customer service and maintaining high quality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competency in Microsoft Office and basic networking.
