Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a vital connection between our development team and clients/account management.
  • Oversee client incidents or system disruptions, delivering prompt updates and reports.
  • Examine error logs to pinpoint root causes and effects, utilizing JIRA for ticket tracking.
  • Develop and sustain support documentation in English.
  • Execute urgent fixes in collaboration with our DevOps team.
  • Assess and prioritize non-critical issues for next-day resolution.
