Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive at GEM Partnership, you will play a key role in driving the company's marketing strategy and supporting the growth of our clients in the Professional Services sector.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan, focusing on lead generation and sales growth. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and maintain the company's website.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a lead generation strategy through various digital channels.
  • Creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media.
  • Managing and maintaining the company's website and social media channels.
  • Conducting research and producing content to improve SEO and website conversions.
  • Coordinating educational webinars and monitoring digital channel performances.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of commercial experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a B2B sector, ideally in software, fintech, e-commerce, or professional services.
  • Degree-qualified in a related subject or hold a professional qualification in digital marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, WordPress, and paid social channels.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong track record of creating compelling campaigns.
  • Proven experience in managing CMS, CRM, and email automation systems.
  • Digital design skills.
  • A passion for continued self-development.
