Job Title: Part-time Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Service Assistant to join our team at SecuriCare (Medical) Limited. As a key member of our Patient Services Team, you will provide administrative support for our Home Delivery Service for stoma products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process daily electronic and paper prescriptions with high accuracy
  • Create new orders for patients and ensure timely delivery
  • Sort and manage incoming mail and correspondence
  • Liaise with surgeries and nurses via phone and email to resolve prescription queries and set up new patients
  • Update patient records and cutting requirements for supplies
  • Fulfill and cleanse prescriptions, ensuring compliance with company procedures
  • Log email responses and orders to the Patient Support Team
  • Match invoices to prescriptions and perform month-end procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the Patient Administration Team Leader to achieve targets
  • Support Patient Services teams with routine administration tasks and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Reliable, inquisitive, and enthusiastic individual with a methodical approach to work
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with MS Office and ability to learn new software
