We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our dedicated team at a large, static commercial site in Woking. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the headquarters of a well-known vehicle manufacturer, renowned for its participation in high-level motorsports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance on emergency lighting systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform water temperature checks to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) on Air Handling Units (AHUs) to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) for optimal performance.
  • Undertake light plumbing tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Walk up to 20,000 steps daily across the site, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in client-facing situations, particularly when interacting with VIPs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a maintenance electrician, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of emergency lighting systems, AHUs, BMS, and general maintenance tasks. Basic plumbing skills are also desirable.
  • Attributes: Physically fit, proactive, and able to manage a demanding workload. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude are essential.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work across three rotating shifts.
