  • Conduct thorough pre and post-operative consultations for various eye surgeries to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Run clinics for patients post-surgery, providing personalized care and attention to their needs.
  • Offer expert health advice and support to patients, addressing their concerns and queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide clinical advice and referrals when necessary, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Requirements:

  • Must be a registered optometrist with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Experience in refractive, high street, or hospital environments, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in patient administration and electronic medical record systems, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
  • Familiarity with conversion targets and KPIs within Vision Correction, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
