Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a roofing project, ensuring it is completed to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with experience in managing site operations, health and safety, and quality control. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders.

The project involves recoating works by a Garland approved contractor, and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out to the required standard. They will also be responsible for conducting site inductions, reviewing and approving RAMS, and managing health and safety on site.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and reliable manager, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. They will also be proficient in IT skills and have a good understanding of construction industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations, including health and safety, quality control, and site inductions
  • Review and approve RAMS
  • Conduct weekly sub-contractor meetings
  • Manage health and safety on site
  • Ensure that the project is completed to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe
  • Work effectively with project managers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders

  • CSCS Manager Card
  • 1st Aid at Work
  • Reviewing and approving RAMS
  • Conducting Site Inductions
  • Weekly Sub-Contractor Meetings
  • Incident and Accident Reporting
  • Must have your own PPE

  • Proficient IT Skills
  • Local to site (1 hour maximum commute)
