The Role

This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to join a growing Top 50 firm based in Birmingham. The team handles a range of defendant claims for various insurer and non-insurer clients, including motor, EL/PL, equestrian, clinical negligence, and cross-border claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex Personal Injury matters for major institutions
  • Conduct liability investigations, policy coverage assessments, and quantum assessments for fast and multi-track claims
  • Build strong relationships with clients and become their trusted advisor
  • Work collaboratively with a wider team spanning multiple offices

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience
  • Previous experience managing complex Personal Injury matters at a reputable firm
  • Supervisory experience is a distinct advantage
  • Commercially minded and ambitious to reach senior positions in the department
