Job Summary:
Braundton Consulting Limited is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven individual to join our Income Collection Department as an Early Intervention Officer. This role will be responsible for the recovery of early arrears and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Team Performance: Contribute to the team's performance in reducing arrears and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Customer Contact: Consistently achieve a high level of contact with customers through various means, primarily through outbound calls, to take payment, agree suitable arrangement plans, promote Direct Debit, and signpost to relevant support agencies.
- Campaigns and Projects: Work on campaigns such as Unpaid Direct Debits, Failed Arrangements, and other projects as directed by the Early Intervention Team Leader or Income Manager to support the department's aim of arrears reduction.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Represent Income Management to internal stakeholders, creating effective professional relationships and building strong internal relationships to deliver on account issues and customer promises.
- Record Keeping: Maintain relevant records and systems, including Tallyman, D365, and PTX.
Training and Development:
This is a homeworking role with up to 4 weeks of training provided at our office. Additional training, coaching, and team meetings will be held approximately every 6 weeks.
