Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Development Manager to join our Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange and facilitate site visits for existing and prospect customers to showcase our offering.
- Negotiate contract renewals and increase the range of services purchased from us to enhance customer retention and spend.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring client accounts remain profitable.
- Hold regular account reviews with clients, both in person and on Teams, depending on their preference.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team to generate new business and assist in winning new accounts.
- Previous experience in Sales and/or Account Management, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- A can-do, flexible, and passionate approach to work.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to present and develop data to a high standard.
- Experience using a CRM system effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A full UK driving licence, as travel to customer sites throughout the UK is required.
- A hybrid working structure, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
