About the Role

We're seeking an Artworker Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Design team at New Look. As a key member of our creative hub, you'll play a vital role in delivering the overarching trends in fashion and culture that inspire our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the buying, merchandising, and supplier teams to deliver product that our customers love.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity with guidance from Design Managers.
  • Execute briefs from Senior Head of Fashion and Design Managers, fostering close working relationships.
  • Generate and apply creative ideas accurately through to artwork, ensuring high standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects, including motion graphics and animations, while adhering to critical path deadlines.
Requirements
  • Strong design skills, with a passion for graphic design, layout, font, and colour work.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, with a natural talent for spinning plates and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of latest design software packages, including InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
