About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Architect to join our team at Anderselite Ltd in Lichfield. As a key member of our planning consultancy, you will be responsible for creating sustainable and impactful developments that enhance and improve the environments we touch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing creative, practical solutions for preliminary and detailed designs, including general arrangement drawings, hard and soft construction details, schedules, and specifications for planning applications.
  • Leading Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) and Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment (TVIA), as well as feasibility studies and strategic green belt/gap assessments.
  • Managing and delegating project tasks to junior team members, utilizing excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Collaborating with clients, teams, and the community to enhance and improve the environments we touch.
Requirements
  • Degree and/or postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture.
  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or working towards it through the Pathway to Chartership (P2C).
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
