Our Tax Team

Our tax team is a dynamic and technically demanding discipline that requires individuals who are always up for a challenge and thrive grasping new subjects. As a tax assistant, you will work closely with clients to understand their tax needs and provide expert advice to help them navigate the ever-increasing UK and global tax landscape.

Our Tax Services

We offer a range of tax services, including:

  • VAT/Indirect Tax: We help clients navigate the complexities of VAT and indirect tax, providing expert advice on compliance and specialist advice on VAT-related matters.
  • Employer Solutions: We advise companies on employment tax rules and help them navigate the complexities of UK and global employment tax.
  • Private Client Services: We work closely with individuals and their families to navigate the complexities of UK and international tax rules and compliance.
  • Corporate Tax: We work with organisations of all sizes to help them comply with reporting requirements and navigate the ever-increasing UK and global tax landscape.
  • Innovation and Creative Sector Reliefs: We help clients save tax by getting tax relief for money spent on research and development, commercialising new inventions, and other creative sector developments.
  • Transfer Pricing: We advise multinational clients on how to price products, services, assets, and financing between companies in their group.
  • Capital Allowances: We help clients optimise the tax relief they get when they spend money on qualifying fixed assets.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • One of the following qualifications: 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification; or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)
  • A strong understanding of tax principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
