Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our R&D team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct stability testing of new products in accordance with industry guidelines and internal protocols.
  • Perform routine and non-routine laboratory tests using various equipment and instrumentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
  • Plan and prioritize workload to ensure that business requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory.
  • Write clear and concise reports and trial instructions.
Requirements
  • Previous laboratory experience.
  • Science-based background preferred, but not essential.
  • Confident with working within a team.
  • Strong communication skills as will be working with other stakeholders across different internal departments.
  • Attention to detail, with good housekeeping skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Health and safety conscious.
  • Previous FMCG industry experience.
