Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our client's dynamic team at IQVIA. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and supporting advanced medical electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and service medical electronic products to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Maintain and reference service schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of test equipment to guarantee accurate results.
  • Complete service paperwork and manage expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay current with technical data, manufacturer updates, and software releases to ensure expertise and knowledge.
  • Manage local service spares and handle faulty spares in accordance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with device manufacturers' technical support to resolve issues and provide feedback.
