Position Overview:


In the role of Construction Project Administrator, you will be instrumental in facilitating the successful execution of our clients' construction initiatives.

Collaborating closely with project leaders, site personnel, and clients, you will ensure that projects progress seamlessly from initiation to completion.

This position demands a proactive individual with exceptional communication abilities and a sharp attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Leaders in the strategizing, coordination, and implementation of upscale residential and commercial initiatives.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee project specifications are clearly understood and fulfilled.
  • Prepare and uphold project documentation, including timelines, financial plans, and progress updates.
  • Oversee project schedules and milestones, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to and any setbacks are communicated promptly.
  • Coordinate site operations and logistics, including material deliveries and trade scheduling.
  • Participate in site meetings and document minutes, ensuring actions are promptly addressed.
  • Support the oversight of project finances, monitoring expenditures and aiding in financial reporting.
  • Manage client communications, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company policies across all projects.
  • Assist in resolving any challenges or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Administrator or in a comparable role within the construction or residential building sector.
  • Familiarity with upscale residential and commercial projects is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to manage several projects concurrently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
  • A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and health and safety regulations.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
