Job Purpose: To provide support and assistance to our employer, enabling them to maintain an independent and fulfilling life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with domestic tasks, such as laundry, housework, and meal preparation.
- Accompany the employer on outdoor activities, such as walking and exercise.
- Provide support with personal care and mobility.
- Ensure the employer's home is clean, hygienic, and safe.
Requirements:
- Experience of providing care and support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
Working Hours: Weekend hours, to be discussed with the employer.
Rate of Pay: £11.44 per hour.
Location: Within the employer's home.
