Head of Health, Safety, and Quality

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of HSEQ to join our team at Elliot Marsh. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive HSEQ strategies in line with industry standards and legal regulations
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations to effectively manage risks
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect personnel and project integrity
- Drive sustainability and safety initiatives, promote a security-conscious culture, and ensure all team members are trained and accredited to meet high standards
- Hold relevant qualifications/certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH
- Min. of 10 years experience operating within the HSEQ field
- Ability to communicate with individuals and teams at all levels, including technical and non-technical
