Key Responsibilities

- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments
- Ensure you are current with the latest process developments in the games industry, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
- Collaborate with other artists and technical artists, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and mutual growth.
- Mentorship and Development
- Mentor and support technical artists in their professional development, helping them to further enhance their skills and craft.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise
- Solid scripting abilities in Python or other languages.
- Fundamental knowledge of rendering pipelines, HLSL/GLSL.
- Good knowledge of 1 or more DCC packages such as Maya/Max/Blender/Houdini.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices for game content creation.
- Have completed at least 1 full games development cycle.
- Development experience in Unreal Engine.
- A passion for gaming and understanding of the industry's goals and challenges.
