Job Title: Senior Associate Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly experienced Building Surveyor to join our team at Dove & Hawk in London. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in providing quality building surveying services and contributing to the commercial success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality building surveying services, including condition surveys, building surveys, and schedules of condition.
  • Provide expert advice on contract administration, project management, and employers' agent services.
  • Support Associate Directors and Directors in the day-to-day running of the business.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and technical expertise.
  • Contribute to the APC programme by supervising and counselling employees.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years' experience as a building surveyor in property & construction.
  • MRICS or equivalent qualification desirable.
  • Strong communication and IT skills, with experience producing and administering construction contracts.
  • A positive and collaborative approach to work, with a full UK driving licence.
