Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs Instructor to become a vital part of our educational team. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in supporting children with diverse special educational needs and disabilities. Your role will involve designing and executing personalized learning strategies, ensuring that every student receives the essential guidance and support to thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate, execute, and evaluate tailored education plans (IEPs) specific to the unique requirements of each student.
- Provide exceptional teaching and learning experiences within a nurturing and inclusive setting.
- Evaluate and track students' development, offering comprehensive feedback to students, guardians, and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Keep precise records and documentation in accordance with school policies and procedures.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to remain updated with best practices in special educational needs education.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience working with students with special educational needs in an educational environment.

All quoted salary rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of a permanent role becoming available later.
