Project Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the diversion of large diameter water mains and sewers, segmental shaft and pipejack under railway, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project milestones are met in line with the programme.
  2. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
  3. Report progress, budget, and any issues to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  4. Liaise with local residents and authorities to minimise disruption and manage expectations.
  5. Resolve any site issues promptly to keep the project on track.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on civils projects, preferably within the water sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of water mains construction and open-cut sewer techniques.
  3. Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of workers and subcontractors.
