**Job Summary**

Major Players | B Corp™ is seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our team and lead the way in delivering exceptional creative solutions to our clients in the insurance industry.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a major client in the insurance industry, driving strategic initiatives and delivering innovative solutions that align with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with both the client's business goals and our creative agency's vision.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with our creative team to ensure all deliverables are innovative, on-brand, and adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • Industry Expertise: Utilise your extensive knowledge of the insurance sector to provide strategic insights and guide campaign development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Leverage your strong interpersonal abilities to manage expectations, communicate effectively, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior account management role, preferably within a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B high-risk insurance sector.
  • Ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the client's Marketing Director and other senior leaders.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in managing workloads across multiple locations in a hybrid work environment.
