Role Overview
As an essential member of our organization, you will significantly impact the lives of the individuals we serve and have the opportunity to advance your career in property services.
In your role as a Community Engagement Officer, you will serve as a visible point of contact for residents, engaging them through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.
You will ensure that residents are informed about the work processes and communicate updates or changes effectively.
Additionally, you will coordinate the handover of keys to site teams and provide exceptional customer aftercare, ensuring that projects are completed to a high standard while managing expectations among residents, clients, and our operational teams.
Qualifications
With the ability to handle challenging situations, as a Community Engagement Officer, you will be an outstanding communicator who collaborates effectively with various stakeholders.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working for a contractor or in a client-side community engagement role, ideally within planned or reactive maintenance or asset management.
You will demonstrate resilience under pressure and possess a strong understanding of the importance of discretion and respect in a public-facing position.
