Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financial aspects of large-scale projects from initial stages, including tendering and contract negotiations, through to successful delivery.

- Develop and enhance our commercial teams, ensuring they continue to grow their expertise.
- Serve as a prominent figure on projects, overseeing risk management, financial reporting, and the management of a comprehensive supply chain.

- Senior Commercial Managers are seasoned professionals who have advanced through the industry, handling a broad spectrum of responsibilities from risk management to procurement, financial reporting, and supply chain management.
- Demonstrate proven skills in commercial insight, client engagement, project oversight, and team leadership.
- Possess a deep understanding of the construction sector, along with adaptability and negotiation prowess.
Typically, candidates will have a history of managing and nurturing a commercial team and will be recognized as a Chartered Member or Fellow of RICS, ICES, or CIOB, serving as a mentor to other commercial professionals on their path to qualification.
Candidate Profile

- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
- Membership or Fellowship of RICS, ICES, or CIOB.
