As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on mortgage and protection solutions, helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and maintain client relationships, maximizing in-branch opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Provide exceptional client care and service, going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities and tasks with ease.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to capitalize on opportunities and ensure high levels of customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in mortgage and protection advising.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
