We are seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to assume a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our Head Office, which supports a network of franchises.
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for early sports education, combined with a robust commercial mindset to facilitate effective communication and support for our franchise partners.
This role is integral to a thriving sports coaching enterprise that specializes in developing and delivering workshops aimed at enhancing primary school curricular and extracurricular activities.
Our engaging workshops provide a dynamic and educational environment for children to grow and learn. Currently, we are proud to have a network of over 20 franchise partners, with ambitious plans for immediate expansion.
Due to increasing demand, we have created a new position to manage the existing and emerging franchise network in the North West region.
With a high volume of inquiries from franchisees, our brand is in high demand as it continues to evolve.
Franchise Operations Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication and support for franchisees and primary schools through both verbal and digital channels.
- Assist external teams with scheduling, training coordination, equipment management, and addressing any inquiries.
- Ensure effective management of booking systems and CRM data ownership.
- Organize review meetings with clients and manage scheduling accordingly.
- Actively participate in the sales process between the organization and prospective primary schools.
- Enhance support across the franchise network.
Franchise Operations Manager - Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have experience in a sales support capacity and will be adept at engaging with external stakeholders.
