Job Title: Team Leader Community Carer

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at Home Instead Isle of Wight. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our carers and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of carers to provide exceptional care to clients in their own homes.
  • Conduct field observations and service reviews to ensure the quality of care meets our high standards.
  • Supervise carers and provide feedback and support to help them develop their skills.
  • Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the care we provide.
  • Be on call to provide support and cover for carers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in care or support roles.
  • NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A compassionate and proactive approach to care.
