Jeffries Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Manager to support our client's continued growth and success. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading due diligence projects and supporting business development initiatives.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Corporate Finance and/or Transaction Services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for:
- Managing due diligence projects and teams to prepare client deliverables.
- Supporting junior team members in their technical development.
- Interpreting and analyzing financial and operational information, including historical and projected trading, cash flow, and balance sheets.
- Identifying key issues that may affect transaction value.
- Quantifying potential risk areas that may need to be addressed as part of the deal structure.
- Supporting business development activities in the Bristol office and the Corporate Finance team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- ACA/ACCA qualification.
- Proven experience in a Corporate Finance and/or Transaction Services role.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- A client-focused approach with an emphasis on quality, detail, and accuracy.
- The ability to see the bigger picture and thrive under pressure.
What We Offer
Our client offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus, a very attractive benefits package, a clear plan for career progression, and a supportive and dynamic environment.
