  • The apprenticeship is a structured program focused on the development of both learners and employers, aimed at fostering lifelong skills, knowledge, and behaviors.
  • You will be paired with an Apprenticeship Mentor who will support you alongside your Manager and Assessor throughout your training and preparation for your End Point Assessment.
  • Your mentor will guide you from day one and facilitate your 20% off-the-job training, as well as assist you with practical and online assessments.

Responsibilities of the role:
In a McDonald's restaurant, you will perform a variety of regular tasks, many of which follow established procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing food and beverages for every customer to a high standard.
  • Enhancing the customer experience by adapting to individual needs, demonstrating patience and friendliness.
  • Staying informed about our menu offerings and promotions.
  • Completing tasks in accordance with training, company guidelines, and management directives.
  • Maintaining McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness while adhering to safety, security, and food hygiene protocols.
  • Taking initiative in your training across all areas, seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Following the 'Fix Up, Work Sharp' guidelines and taking pride in your personal presentation.
Are you the right fit?

  • You are friendly, courteous, and helpful, thriving in a team environment.
  • You are confident in engaging with diverse groups of people.
  • You understand the significance of upholding high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • You possess the ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
  • Your appearance is expected to be smart and tidy.
