Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to monitor EHS issues, regulations, and company practices
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS guidelines, company policies, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate EHS records and contribute to the development of EHS policies and procedures
  • Support site-wide learning and development activities, including creating training materials and delivering training
  • Assist with site security processes and controls
  • Support occupational health requirements and CSR/sustainability initiatives
  • Participate in incident investigations and complete EHS, ISO 14001, and security audits as required
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with H&S regulations and laws to provide expertise for H&S assessments and problem-solving

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an EHS role
  • Knowledge of EHS policies and compliance with environmental health and safety regulations
  • Working knowledge of PPE, COSHH, Risk Assessments, PUWER, Legal Requirements, Training, Waste Management, Sustainability, Contractor Management, Cranes and lifting devices, Incident management, MHE, LOTO, and high-risk activities
