    • Implement strategies to improve the efficiency of ad spend, ensuring that spend investment contributes to business growth.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with content, SEO, and creative teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
    • Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing leadership team.
    • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid media specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
    • Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their objectives.
    • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to keep the team updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media.

  • Creative Thinking: Ability to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
