Key Responsibilities

Lesson Planning and Delivery
- Prepare and deliver high-quality lessons on Business Studies to students in accordance with the school's curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active student engagement and participation.
Assessment and Feedback
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement appropriate strategies for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to design and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Monitor and supervise students during exams and other assessment activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, achievements, and behavior.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Experience
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the primary or secondary level.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
