Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet & Equipment Administrator to join our team at South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Fleet and Equipment Services department, you will provide comprehensive administration support for all activities associated with the effective management of our vehicle fleet and its associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and comprehensive support to the Fleet and Equipment Services Team to ensure the Trust and its fleet and equipment remains legally compliant.
- Provide friendly and professional cover on the Fleet Support helpdesk ensuring the desk is covered at all times during normal working hours to answer any queries and extend support required by the Fleet & Equipment team and the wider Trust.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
