Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Gymnastics Instructor to lead our gymnastics programs for various age groups. This role is integral to promoting physical activity and fostering a love for gymnastics among participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional coaching services that prioritize participant safety and enjoyment.
  • Engage with participants to assess their progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Plan and execute gymnastics lessons that cater to different skill levels.
  • Ensure all sessions are structured, safe, and enjoyable.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and performance using provided technology.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining gymnastics equipment.
  • Conduct warm-up and cool-down activities to promote safety and injury prevention.
  • Support the assessment process for skill development and achievement awards.
  • Provide feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the gymnastics facility.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Level 1, 2, or 3 gymnastics coaching qualification, with training opportunities available for aspiring coaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a coaching environment.
