About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team at Matchtech. As a key member of our Corporate Services IT department, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop technical solutions for our IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system designs, and implementation plans.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including IT teams and business leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for future-proofing our IT infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in systems engineering, with a focus on technical lead roles and vendor technologies such as Microsoft, Amazon (AWS), VMWare, RedHat, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including AWS and Azure, and experience with identity and directory services, such as Microsoft Active Directory and OpenLDAP.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and information assurance principles, including intrusion detection and prevention.
  • Experience with DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering, including tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
