Sanctuary Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Concierge to join our team at our Homelessness Scheme in Kings Lynn. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, helping them to build life skills and confidence.
- Manage occasional emergency situations, demonstrating a calm and composed demeanor.
- Go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding service, exceeding customer expectations.
- Organize and lead social activities, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and secure environment, conducting regular health and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Confident user of IT systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.61.
